Case Studies

This is how we were able to come in an impact companies who we’ve worked with in the past

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Here is how we were able to help other businesses grow through the use of video content.

Love Jericho

- Walton St, Oxford

Love Jericho is a cocktail bar based in Oxford who have grown their business through out the years by not only serving great drinks and the loyalty from their custumers but also an excellent customer service .

The Problem

Coming out of the pandemic the owners had a specific number which they wanted to reach every week within six months and essentially make more than double their weekly intake, however the problem was competing with the other cocktail bar within the vincinity.

Solution

We came in as a media consultancy advisor at first in order to help them come up with a plan to have a bigger outreach on their social media by making the audience engage with the content via Pictures, videos, Polls and Questions. The client eventually did decide to follow our social plan but also hired us to create the content for their social platforms involving different promotions that they were implementing. This involved taking pictures, short burst of video as well as longer videos to engage their target audience.

Results

After only three months of following the social plan we had laid out for Love Jericho. The cocktail bar on Walton Street, Oxford not only went beyond their desired weekly intake but also succeeded in all aspects of the promotions in which they were running through the week.

Spiced Roots

-Cowley Rd, Oxford

A fantastic West Indian restaurant that offers food and drink from all over the Caribbean. Their mantra is to showcase their history through their inovative style of cooking. Spiced Roots have won countless awards in the recent years like the ‘UK’s No.1 Carribean restaurant’ in 2019 and have remined that througout the pandemic.

The Problem

Spiced Roots felt that there wasn’t a profesional finish to their content and wanted to show the people of Oxford what it took to be a top quality Caribbean restaurant in the UK and that throughout the pandemic they were still busy with helping the NHS by feeding the doctors and nurses.

The Solution

Unlike Love Jericho, Spiced Roots already knew what they wanted and needed us to be in charge of capturing the things they did. We worked together to create a behind the scenes of ins and outs of this succesfull restaurant. To not only gain favour of public but increase their populairity as not just a caribbean restaurant but a restaurant who care about their customers and their community.

The Result

After working with the owners, chefs and waiters, we were able to capture stories from different aspects of the restaurant and drive engagement as each piece of content was released, enough so to generate a want for new youtube series for the restaurant where they can share more of Caribbean history to world through food and drink.
