Franco, a hopeless romantic captivated by Latin American women, sets out to win the heart of Andrea, a mesmerising beauty he encounters by chance. With an unconventional approach, Franco enlists his loyal friend, Miguel, to navigate the complexities of dating, much to both Miguel and Andrea’s surprise when she shows up to a “date”.
Unaware of his true feelings, Andrea misinterpreting Franco’s intentions and assumes she’s been relegated to the friend zone. Undeterred, Franco launches a determined campaign to prove himself, immersing in Latin culture and mastering Salsa in a bid to win her over and sweep her off her feet at the grand party.
Despite his efforts, Franco’s plans unravel when Andrea’s attention shifts to another suitor, leaving him heartbroken and disillusioned. Through this all very too real journey, Franco learns that love doesn’t always follow a script, and sometimes, even the most unfortunate tales lead to unexpected lessons in self-discovery and resilience.
